Oamkb is a franchise collective of 120+ bookkeepers, accountants and tax, financial and business consultants with a consolidated revenue of €11m in 2022.

By adding Webpower the Spotler Group also gives additional European reach in Sweden and Spain. In addition the product range is further expanded with additional options specifically in the area of tailor-made e-mail automation solutions.
The Spotler Group has acquired two new SaaS companies, Measuremail and Tripolis. With these two Email Service Providers (ESP), the Spotler Group has become the largest ESP in the Netherlands. The product range is further expanded with the acquisition providing the additional options of advanced and tailormade solutions. The company thus strengthens its position in a consolidating market.
CNBB has made a multi-million euro investment in Wyzetalk, a fast-growing digital employee engagement company. Wyzetalk connects large organizations with their frontline employees through its software solution to improve communication, increase employee engagement and drive business performance. Headquartered in Utrecht, the Wyzetalk and CNBB teams will be working closely to rapidly grow their European footprint.
