CNBB and Oamkb join forces to build out technology-enabled financial services firm

CNBB Equity Partners (“CNBB”) and Pascale Petiet (Founder and CEO of oamkb) have joined forces to build a modern, technology-enabled financial and administrative services business targeted at Dutch small-and medium-sized enterprises. Oamkb is a franchise collective of 120+ bookkeepers, accountants and tax, financial and business consultants with a consolidated revenue of €11m in 2022. The business supports entrepreneurs and SME businesses with administration services (i.e. bookkeeping, drafting of the annual accounts) and financial advisory services. By using technology to automate processes and allow critical insights into performance metrics, Oamkb takes away the administrative burden of businesses and allows them to focus on what matters most: delivering value to customers and employees.

CNBB obtains a majority stake in oamkb and provides growth capital for a buy & build strategy with the ambition to become a Top-20 incumbent within 5 – 7 years. Pascale retains a minority stake and will be in the lead of managing this ambition.
