CNBB Equity Partners is glad to announce that Spotler Group welcomes its second acquisition of 2023: Wireless Services.

Established in 1998, Wireless Services is a pioneer in the messaging market, boasting the capability of international SMS delivery. Since then, the company innovated further via the development of its Eazy product, an omni-channel communications platform which integrates chatbots, social media, WhatsApp and all other major messaging platforms, enabling the provision of a consistent customer experience across channels.

The acquisition addresses the increasing need for marketing and customer service professionals to communicate via any communications channel customers may choose. Together with the recent takeover of Sooqr, Spotler Group is demonstrating continued investment in its vision to support the success of marketing and customer services teams in the e-commerce market.
