Founded in 2015, Shopping Minds provides a practical cloud solution that enables their clients to gain insights and build personalised e-commerce experiences while respecting their consumers’ privacy. 

The technology acquisition demonstrates the Group’s continued investment in the Commerce Experience Platform (CXP) category, augmenting the SPG’s capabilities in website personalisation, product recommendations, personalised search, merchandising, and customer insight gained from the acquisitions of Squeezely and Sooqr, on top of omnichannel marketing automation which is SPG’s core competency.
